DIJALA (Juanda Tiga Lima Internal Discussion) 14th
In the midst of the current surge in cases of the Omicron variant of Covid-19 in Indonesia, PPATK successfully held the 14th DIJALA (Internal Discussion Juanda Tiga Lima) event on Monday 07 February 2022 while still implementing strict health procedures. DIJALA itself is a two-way sharing forum as a forum for conveying leadership directions and filtering the aspirations of all employees on certain topics which are usually held once a week for internal PPATK employees.
This hybrid event requires all those who come in person to do an antigen swab test first at the APU PPT Training Center. This time, the event is here with the theme "WORKING IN PPATK IS FOR THEM A DREAM, FOR ME REAL, BECAUSE I AM SPECIAL" with the hope that all PPATK employees can work optimally. The agenda for the Dijala event this time includes:
1. Talkshow "Feelings and Pride of Working at PPATK"
2. Announcement of Dijala Award
3. Symbolically handing over the IP PPATK scholarship
4. Internal Kickoff 2nd Anniversary of the APU PPT Regime
5. Fast Walking Relay Competition
The employees were enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in the series of events that had been prepared, especially when the prize distribution was not only getting a trophy but also a Samsung Galaxy cellphone for the best employee in the Dijala Award. The Dijala award itself is divided into 3 categories; The best employee category, the best supporting employee category and the best non-staff support category. In addition, the outpouring session from ASN employees to Non-ASN went smoothly full of laughter accompanied by Samson Ramareha or what we usually know as Temon. Don't forget that scholarships are also given to encourage employees to improve their competence at work.
Overall, the event went solemnly and hopefully with the regularity of this event, PPATK employees can further strengthen the relationship between leaders and employees and foster mutual enthusiasm and integrity for each employee. (ANS)
