One of the lessons that can be drawn from the COVID-19 pandemic is that we are used to doing various activities online, including in education and training activities. This epidemic is actually felt to accelerate the implementation of Era 4.0 Education practices, with the help of increasingly sophisticated information technology developments, online learning or distance learning is no longer an obstacle.

The distance learning method that is currently widely used is Blended Learning. Blended learning is a mixed learning method that combines direct learning methods (Synchronous) and independent/indirect learning methods that can be done anytime (Asynchronous) (Source: akupintar.id). To make the independent learning process successful in Blended Learning, of course, it must be supported by Learning Management System technology.

Currently the APU PPT Education and Training Center has an IFII Learning portal as a Learning Management System to support the implementation of Blended Learning Training. Through IFII Learning, the APU PPT Education and Training Center has implemented the Blended Learning method in the implementation of 7 batches of training. The Blended Learning method was applied in 5 batches in training on Financial Transaction Reports for Reporting Parties and 2 batches in training for Financial Transaction Analysis Functional Positions (JFATK).

Participants of the Blended Learning training during the Asynchronous session are asked to complete the materials and tasks that are already available on the IFII Learning portal. Usually participants are given the opportunity of 5 days or according to curriculum needs to complete the Asynchronous session. After completing the Asynchronous session, participants are asked to take part in a face-to-face (Synchronous) session with the instructors virtually. So, the Blended Learning training carried out at the APU PPT Training Center is carried out fully online (full online).
